Time to solve a little mystery for some people who were surprised at how fast I discovered their submissions.

I use Google Alerts. tadaaaaaaaaa!

It’s a cool service from Google that you can setup to alert you every time the keywords you specify are posted or talked about on the internet. I use it as a keyword research tool for PPC–and if you don’t, you should.

The way I have it setup, Google sends me an email as soon as anyone publishes an article, blog entry, or press release with “PPC Domination” in the content.

And in this way, I’ve been able to read and enjoying many of the submissions and reviews everyone’s been doing. There have been a LOT of submissions so far.

Was it as a result of my earlier blog post about How to win the MacBook Pro? I don’t know, I can’t say for sure. But I hope I gave enough of you out there some ideas on how to make a pile of money this month after PPC Domination launches on Monday.

I’d like to honour and highlight a few of the submissions people made. These ones really stood out for me. These can be taken as examples of awesome work–in case you’re looking for ideas on how to win one of those Macbooks!

Mari Ann Lisenbe submitted my favourite PPC Domination video review because she anticipates and handles an objection someone else might have about the course being too difficult. Mari Ann explains that she found it very simple and easy to understand. Good reviews and testimonials should always be specific about the benefit of the product being marketed.

Melanie Milletics’ most recent blog post was fantastic. She gives 3 reasons you should NOT get PPC Domination. That raises eyebrows and grabs attention fast–then she goes on to give these 3 reasons and back up her claim. Don’t worry, she made a positive review!

And my favourite PPC Domination press release was submitted by Sherry Driedger, it was short, to the point, not-hypey, and sounded like newsworthy news. That was a perfect press release and she worked her pitch in there at the end in a really smart way that makes the reader want to click.

There were many other submissions that got my attention. It would take me too long to find them all. This is just a sample of the ones i liked. Congratulations to everyone else for their fine efforts in promoting PPC Domination.

Good luck contestants!

  1. Hi Jim
I have now read up on you and Magnetic Marketing, infact I have bought my first product from you guys. Must say, VERY impressed so far. I have also learned a bit more about you via various articles and video clips and it is all good. I think you are a very talented young man and we can all learn from you (did not agree with some things you said in a previous article, but that’s just me). Hope to meet up with you some day (do you still come to Australia)
Will be in contact and hope to do some more business in the future.
    Regards

By the way, I have now done(read) the Magnetic Marketing manual, what product do you recommend I buy now, In other words, what would be the best to do next. I have no real effective lead generation system set up currently.

  3. Hi Jim,

I've been telling people you are a mad genius. Thankfully, you are genius enough to create a product that starts from ground zero so the total newbie can learn. People are afraid of Google, and for good reason! After PPC Domination, conquering it should be a snap.

    Wishing you life's best,

    Melanie Milletics
